Firstly, the board is extremely light which makes it convenient to carry over longer distances to reach a remote mountain or forest lake or rapids. Secondly, it has a very robust construction with four short thruster fins that enables white water paddling and as option a US fin box. The Mountain 9.8 comes with a high class backpack to make hiking comfortable and an integrated part of the experience.
All Kona inflatable paddle boards come with a backpack and an easy to handle pump to inflate the board.
